  • Do I need a subscription?
    Our hope is that you order weekly, but we do not require you to have a subscription. Due to Covid-19 we transitioned to this new model "Hanna's @ Home" for dinner solutions. Most our dishes are what we have served in our restaurant and at our globally inspired family style dinners...ofcourse at a discounted rate:)
  • Do you do delivery?
    Not at this time.
  • Why do you only have a one-day curbside pickup?
    This is a new business model for us created due to Covid-19, this will hopefully help us stay afloat until we can safely reopen our doors once again. In other words, we are “Testing the waters”. As we continue to grow we will be adding additional days for curbside pickup.
  • Someone in our household has allergies, can you accommodate?"
    Our food is made in batches, so we will not be able to make individual changes
  • Do you offer gluten-free meals?
    We have a constantly changing menu therefore it would depend on the item. This is the reason we created the option to purchase, A La Carte sauces, stew & sides so individuals can use their own gluten-free carbs. In spite of all the effort we make to separate our products, our kitchen is not gluten-free.
  • What is your return policy ?
    Everything we make is "Small Batch" and made to order, thus any orders placed Monday to Wednesday can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering for a refund. Orders placed on our cut off day, which is Thursday cannot be cancelled, thus will not be refunded. We always welcome your feedback!
  • What is the benefit of A La Carte?
    It gives you the option to cook your own preferred pasta, rice…etc. Perfect when you have family and friends over, depending on the number of your guests, you can purchase multiple sauces/ stews/sides…it makes it convenient. Easy to freeze for later days. Easy to gift elderly parents that do not cook or don’t want to be out and about. Perfect for working individuals and families that don’t have time.
  • How long will the food stay fresh?
    All cooked ingredients will typically stay fresh for five days refrigerated and two months in the freezer. We recommend the consumption of seafood in a day or two.
  • What are the portion sizes?
    The individual entrees are the same size as our restaurant entrees. The sauces, stews, soups, and sides are packed in 32oz containers to serve two.
  • Are all your ingredients organic?
    Although we strive to buy organic as much as possible, not all ingredients are organic.
